Due to the nature of our products, especially food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Food Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Handloom Products
Handwoven textiles such as shawls, stoles, mufflers, and caps may be eligible for exchange if there is a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered.
Return Requests
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
